Gourock Outdoor Pool & Gourock Fitness Gym

Gourock Outdoor Pool is a salt water public lido in Gourock, Inverclyde.  It celebrated its centenary in 2009 and is the oldest and best heated outdoor pool in Scotland.



The lido is heated and uses salt water taken from the River Clyde. The water is filtered, cleaned and maintained at a minimum temperature of 29C. Facilities include a gym and a children’s pool. The lido opens from April to September and is managed by Inverclyde Leisure.



We are looking forward to yet another fantastic season - this year we will be hosted midnight swims, swimming galas, kayak sessions, snorkeling, triathlons and so much more!
