All of our food is sourced from producers and suppliers across Inverclyde, Argyll, Ayrshire and the rest of Scotland.
We work closely with Mearns T McCaskie of Wemyss Bay on the preparation of all of our butcher meat and everything that we do is prepared by our chefs on site to their own recipes.
Our menu is based around the seasonal produce of Scotland so we hope that there will always be something to catch your imagination throughout the year.
Our coffee is a special blend of Indonesian and Columbian beans, roasted in small batches by a Scottish artisan roasting house.
As a result the process from raw coffee bean, to roast, to cup is measured in weeks rather than months or years and we hope that this comes through in the flavour.
Our coffees are available throughout the day and evening from our classic reconditioned La San Marco expresso machine.
