HALF MILE SWIM (24 lengths)
10 Mile Cycle
5km Run

JUNIOR BIATHLON
(10-17yrs)
QUARTER MILE SWIM
3KM RUN

AT GOUROCK OUTDOOR POOL.

Registration 8am - 9am.

Junior Biathlon starts at 9.30am, Triathlon starts at 10.30am.

Entry Fee Biathlon £10.00 Triathlon £15.00 members / £20.00 non members.

Minumum of £20.00 to be raised for Ardgowan Hospice.

Entry forms will be accepted from 1st May 2010. Closing date will be Friday 13th August 2010.
